I dont make up the rules I just file the claim.
My advice - go ahead and hit the deer (while making proper manuevers to reduce possible damage) and make sure the deer leaves some fur behind when you do.

If you can stop fully before hitting the deer without causing a rear-ending accident or going off the road, do so.

You got that right elp. I got moved to a salary position a couple of months ago. At least now, I know for sure whats coming every pay day. It may not be as much as some previous pay days, but it is more than some too.
